Shipping & Delivery

• Global Shipping: We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS for fast and secure delivery.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and chosen shipping method.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
• Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 10 days of receiving their order under the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Eligible reasons for return include:
• Product does not match expectations
• Wrong size or fit
• Product is damaged or defective
• Product is missing from the order

How to Request a Return

1. Access your profile and go to the “Orders” section.
2. Select the order you wish to return.
3. Send an email to our support team within 24 hours with a detailed explanation of the return.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
5. Return the product within 14 days of receiving the instructions.

Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product is damaged or shows signs of use
• The original packaging (shoe box, dust bag, etc.) is missing or damaged
• Return code or order number is missing
• Return request is made after the 10 days deadline

• Shipping & Return Costs:
• All shipping, customs duties, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• No additional fees will be charged by Le Loft de Paris.

Refunds

• Once your return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place your order.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
