What is your Return Policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns may be accepted at Le Loft De Paris. Before returning the products, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • EMAIL us first before sending back your order. Returns will not be accepted, refunded, or honored without emailing our office to inform us of the products you are returning.
  • A customer care representative will give you instructions on how to make a valid return to our office. You will be given a Product Returns Confirmation number which you will attach to the package you are returning.

Do you offer exchanges?

In some cases, when you email to inform us of product returns, it’s possible that we will send you a replacement or make other arrangements. This will be evaluated by the Customer Care Representative.

When can I expect my refund?

Allow 2-5 business days for the refund to process on the original form of payment.

Can I combine my returns using one label?

Please ensure that all returns are sent separately. Each label is uniquely coded and associated with a particular order. Using one return label for two separate orders may cause delays in your refund process.

How do I return a gift?

Please send an email at Ccare@leloftdeparis.com.

All items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days after purchase. After 14 days of purchase, we will no longer be able to offer you an exchange. Please note that store credits are only applicable to products and not services.

To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused, in its original packaging, and the same condition that it was received.

Can I use more than one promotion?

For the promotional code, only one code is applicable.

Why isn’t my discount code working on my order?

Did not see a price reduction after applying the discount code? Check if:

  • You have entered the exact code.
  • The code may be expired.
  • The code may be valid for a particular product only.
  • You may have obtained the code from an unauthorized third party website.

Gift wraps are available for an additional $7 per order.

Do you offer gift receipts?

Gift receipts are available on the demand of the order.

Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?

We package your order in one of our beautiful box envelopes in silk tissue with a personalized note.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. You can get free shipping on your first order or purchase worth over $200.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates of the shipping provider. You may then visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? (APO, FPO)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, for returns of international orders, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the package to our facility.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of the received payment order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We will ensure shipment delays will be kept at a minimum.

When will my order arrive?

Please note that orders to U.S. destinations may take a transit time of one to seven days, from the date when it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

How do I cancel an order?

We do NOT accept cancellations at any time. Only product store credits will be processed. Before the order is dispatched, please advise our Client Services staff.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet?

The delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, and you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it. When this happens, please contact us right away.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier. Seek immediate advice from our Client Services staff for lost items. Be advised thatLe Loft De Parisis not responsible for any loss of packages in transit.
