By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set an expectation on our services. Sometimes, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

We will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a store credit.

DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping Fees
The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the rate of the destination of the items in the order. The shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of the received payment order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We will ensure shipment delays will be kept at a minimum.

Domestic Transit Time
Please note that orders to U.S. destinations may take a transit time of to two to nine days, from the date when it is placed, all the items are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery Time Exceed
The delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, and you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it. When this happens, please contact us right away.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates of the shipping provider. You may visit DHL.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier. Seek immediate advice from our Client Services staff for lost items. Be advised that Le Loft De Paris is not responsible for any loss of packages in transit.

Sales & Taxes
Note that custom Sales taxes & duties may apply for the items exceeding $800 in value, in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Cancellations
We do NOT accept cancellations at any time. Only product store credits will be processed. Before the order is dispatched, please advise our Client Services staff, in the 24 hour times.

Returns
Returns are only eligible for items that are defective and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.After inspection , they will be evaluated for either a refund or store credit.Please note that exchanges are no longer accepted..Our sales prices are final sales.

To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused, in its original packaging, and the same condition that it was received. We are NOT responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL Express to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation. Strikes, delays, extra fees, customs, or backend charges take effect once packages exit the warehouse.

We do not accept intimate products & sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable substances.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care goods

For a complete return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, you will be notified through email of the approval of your replacement request. A replacement item will be sent to you (if stock is available).

For exchanges (if applicable):

  • Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.
  • The shipping process is at the customer’s expense.

For store credits (if applicable):

  • Only defective and damaged items will be replaced and redeemed. The customer will be notified through email and may redeem his store credits on his store account.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the package to our facility.
  • For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping.

International Exchanges

Le Loft De Paris does not offer exchanges on international orders.

All items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustments
Le Loft De Paris does not offer price adjustments at this time.

International Returns

Le Loft De Paris accepts international returns. All fees are on the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure that any items you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

Le Loft De Paris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

To initiate an international return, please start your process here by entering your email address you used on the original purchase.

Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed.

Once the warehouse received your returning, allow us 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return.

Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
